  • Platforma Design offers custom 3D printing using Bambu Lab printers, giving us a build volume up to 256 x 256 x 256mm per part. Whether you need a single prototype or a small production run, we work with you to get accurate, functional, and finished parts delivered on time.

    • PLA: Best for prototypes, display models, and low-stress parts. Easy to finish and paint.

    • PETG: Durable, weather resistant, and food-safe options available. Good balance of strength and printability.

    • ABS: Impact resistant with good heat tolerance. Ideal for functional parts and enclosures.

    • ASA: UV and weather resistant, a strong choice for outdoor use and parts exposed to sunlight.

    • TPU 95A: Flexible material for gaskets, protective cases, wearables, and parts that need to bend or absorb impact.

    • Sanding: Smooth out layer lines for a refined finish

    • Painting: Custom colors and finishes to match your brand or vision

    • Epoxy coating: Added durability and a glossy, professional look

    • Custom requests: Have something specific in mind? Let's talk about it

  • Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days after your proof is approved. Need it faster? We offer a 48-hour rush turnaround for an additional fee.

Our Process

Define Scope

We start by reviewing your project requirements, including part function, material needs, quantity, and timeline. This step sets clear expectations and forms the basis of your quote.

Concept Proofs

Before production begins, we provide a digital proof for your review and approval. This ensures the design, dimensions, and orientation meet your specifications before any material is printed.

Manufacturing

Once the proof is approved, your parts move into production using the appropriate material and finishes for your application. We monitor each print to maintain consistency throughout the run.

Quality Assurance
